Global Entrepreneurship Monitor
Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) is a not-for-profit academic research consortium that produes an annual assessment of the entrepreneurial activity, aspirations and attitudes of individuals across a wide range of countries. The data collected is ‘harmonized’ by a central team of experts, guaranteeing its quality and facilitating cross-national comparisons.
The program has three main objectives:
- Measure differences in the level of entrepreneurial activity between countries
- Uncover factors leading to appropriate levels of entrepreneurship
- Suggest policies that may enhance the national level of entrepreneurial activity.

International Debt Statistics
International Debt Statistics presents external debt and financial flow data for the 120 economies that report public and publicly-guaranteed debt to the World Bank’s Debtor Reporting System. The time series for 216 indicators run from 1970 to 2012, with contractual obligations data projected for another 10 years. International Debt Statistics also includes topical country data and regional aggregates showing time series in table and chart form. The topics are: external debt, aggregate net resource flows (long term), net flows and transfers on debt, net financial flows from multilateral institutions, and international bond issues (new and outstanding).
